From Design to Door Step

Our process works by following a clear, step-by-step approach that ensures efficiency, accuracy, and consistent results.

  3. Mock up of Design + Approval

  4. Send Invoice

  5. Settle Invoice + Send address for shipping (If Needed)

  6. Shoe Design Fullfillment

  7. Final Approval

  8. Content Shoot

FAQ

  • Custom orders of designs not seen on the website can fill out the waitlist form to discuss design layout and pricing.

  • The current wait time is about 3-5 weeks but will try to get your order out as soon as possible.

  • Commission pricing differs depending on the complexity of artwork as well as requested turnaround time. An expedited order will affect pricing.

  • Yes, pricing is based on current pricing for shipping and handling. All fees and /or customs charges will be paid by the customer.

  • Since every pair is hand painted and made to order, exchanges or returns will not be accepted. All sales are final.

  • All products are sold in US sizing. Contact me with any questions before ordering as I cannot exchange/replace if the wrong size is ordered.
